WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- Item must be returned within 30 days of reciept.
- Item must be undamaged.
- Item must be in original packaging.
- Item must be returned to the Monolye return centre.

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
Sadly, Monolye cannot offer free returns. Any return costs will be at your own expense.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
We are sorry to hear about the faulty product, and have zero tolerance for faultiness. Send the customer service team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the faulty product, and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible, providing this is within 30 days of purchasing the item.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Monolye will always try to process your return as soon as possible, however on occasions this could possibly take up to 21 days for the refund to be processed after you have returned the item(s) to us. If a refund has not been processed within 30 days, please contact us at email@example.com with proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and the issue will be investigated further.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
As soon as your return has been received, you will receive an email notification. You will also receive an additional email notification from Monolye regarding your refund being processed. Please understand that this can take up to 5 days to appear into your account, depending on your card issuer.
