DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOM CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, Monolye is unable to determine what custom charges may be applied to overseas shipments. All custom charges (if any) are applied at the direction of the carrier and local laws. All custom charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Monolye. For more information, we suggest you contact your local customs office.
WHAT IF I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If an item from your order is yet to arrive, please be patient as it is more than likely currently being shipped and delivered. However, If it still hasn’t arrived, or you want to check the status of your order, please contact admin@monolye.com.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Monolye currently accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, and Mastercard. Monolye also accept payments via PayPal.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE FROM MONOLYE?
Rest assured whilst purchasing with Monolye. We use the most up to date security systems and encryption software to process your personal details such as name, address and bank details, ensuring security and protection of sensitive information.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Sadly, once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend any details, as your order would have already been processed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
Monolye is sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Do not worry, this issue will be resolved, contact admin@monolye.com.
